The hotel was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a nice garden and cafe area. The location was ideal, with multiple bus stations nearby and many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the various breakfast choices available and highly recommend the coffee.

The best thing was the staff - they really wanted to help and I could feel it. the price for dorm was not expensive at all. the hostel has everything inside and the room was big.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was located in a central area, with easy access to all nearby attractions. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room, and the comfortable bed made for a peaceful night's sleep. The friendly staff was always available to help and contributed to an overall excellent experience. The included breakfast had a variety of tasty Chinese options, and the cafe downstairs served some of the best coffee we've had!

The check-in process was a bit slow and involved too many unnecessary questions.

Good Hostel! Nice room and good lounge!

It was very conveniently located. Near to the towers, old street and snack streets. Bus routes were near by.

I was in a room at the front of the hotel so noise from the street finished at midnight and started at 5. Bring earplugs.

I absolutely loved the artistic decoration of the hotel! The walls were adorned with beautiful artwork and the common areas were filled with interesting features. It created a vibrant and lively atmosphere, which made me feel energized and inspired. The hotel also had excellent accessibility for senior people, with comfortable seating areas and easy-to-navigate spaces. It was a perfect place for me to relax and enjoy my stay.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more knowledgeable about the area. It would have been helpful if they could provide recommendations for nearby attractions or assist with arranging tours.

Yijia hostel very friendly, good local and western food, nice english speaking stuff, and a nice design and atmosphere. Not the best shower or view from the room, but all the rest was so nice and easy that that didn't really matter...

Very friendly and helpful staff; hostel is easily reachable by bus, the respective information is provided in detail on the hostel's webpage. The room itself was generally clean, bed covers very clean (only some dirt under the bed). Besides, the room was quite big for a hostel-like double room.

The bathroom was a little smelly, especially on the second day. The water in the shower could not completely reach the drain, as there was a sink at another place in the shower. All in all, staying at the hostel for one night is fine :-)

Really spacious rooms, comfortable and clean- more like hotel rooms!

During our stay at Once Artistic Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. They were more like hotel rooms rather than a typical hostel. The large windows and air conditioning added to the comfort of our stay. The receptionists may have had limited English skills, but the night receptionist was extremely helpful with train information. I would highly recommend this hotel for its spacious and comfortable rooms.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the twin beds that were comfortable and cozy, to the breakfast options that catered to vegans with a few dishes available. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the main street nearby a church, making it easy to find and conveniently located for exploring the city.

All in all, this hotel was a great choice and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Hostel staff is nice, speaks reasonable English and eager to help. Possibly a great place to stay when you don't have to rely on heating or cooling.

The room we were offered was very cold. It would be quite ok to stay there during summer, however when the temperature goes down to -5c at night the air-conditioner is not capable of keeping the room warm. Although the hotel staff was very understanding and assisted us with relocating to another room which was significantly smaller and better insulated, we found that we still had to sleep fully dressed to keep warm. The air-conditioner was struggling to keep the room even reasonably warm. The hotel could be more diligent in informing potential guests what rooms are suitable to stay in during certain seasons.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Luoyang's main street, nearby a church. The value for money was excellent, as the prices were very reasonable and affordable. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained rooms with twin beds to the basic amenities provided. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the breakfast options, with a few vegan dishes available.

Everything was perfectly fine during my stay.
